After briefly being in with a chance of the title, Bexhill Cricket Club’s first team is now aiming for a top three finish.

Bexhill lie fourth in the Sussex Premier League with three matches remaining - 26 points behind third-placed Preston Nomads.

“We’re still looking at a top three finish,” said first team coach Ian Cox. “The three games we’ve got, we won all three of the reverse fixtures.
