Outdoor Military Fitness Horsham has partnered up with Horsham Matters and raised £148 during the first session held on Saturday, April 25 – which even saw someone from Paris take part.
The next class will take place on Saturday, May 9, at 10.30am.

Hide AdLiam Murphy, who held the online workout, said: “People are showing real community spirit by the new Thursday 8pm clap for the NHS workers, some go the extra mile and deliver food parcels for the elderly.
“I too want to do something for the local community, and a free online training platform with the option to donate to a cause seems like the best way to utilise my skill set in the best possible way.”
The classes are run through Facebook Live from the Outdoor Military Fitness Horsham Facebook page.
No special equipment is needed as all exercises are based on your natural bodyweight. Kit required is trainers, shorts/leggings and vest/t-shirt plus water.

Hide AdPaula Daly, from Horsham Matters, said: “Support for the Horsham District Foodbank is even more crucial due to effects of the coronavirus on people’s household income, with the team from Horsham Matters working long hours to deliver doorstep parcels of emergency food to those experiencing hardship.
“The demand for assistance has doubled since lockdown and around 500 people have been fed by the Foodbank since March 23.
“Get your body moving and improve your fitness & wellbeing and support your local charity at the same time!”
