British band due to appear in Sussex believed to have been '˜killed in crash'
The Foreign Office has confirmed this morning five British Nationals died in a car crash in Sweden yesterday (Saturday February 13).
National media has reported the victims of the crash are thought to be members of the Warrington-based indie band Viola Beach and their manager.

Hide AdA spokesman for the Foreign Office could not confirm the identity of the five who died but said it was in contact with the local authorities and was supporting the victims families.
The band were due to play at The Great Escape festival in Brighton in May.
