Common cause sees the light
Little Common Football Club hopes to begin work on a major ground improvement project within the next two months.
Planning permission to install floodlights and a spectator stand at the Recreation Ground was granted back in January 2010, and the funding to make it happen has now been secured.
Half of the cost has been covered by a grant of £34,086 from The Football Stadia Improvement Fund (FSIF), supporters of the Football Foundation and the largest funder of non-league football in the country.
