Stinking waste water, which had been leaking out of a pothole in Burgess Hill since late last year, is finally being dealt with.

Business owner Steve Boyes told the Middy that, since before Christmas, foul smelling waste water had been leaking out of a pothole in Keymer Road.

Mr Boyes, who is director of Martin & Co letting agents, Keymer Road, said the spot is less than 50 metres from the train station, and the road is used by many commuters and by children going to and from school.
