Hassocks road will be re-surfaced in September
Motorists who are fuming over a pock-marked stretch of road in Hassocks will have to wait until mid September for re-surfacing work to start.
The stretch of road is between Stonepound Crossroads and a mini-roundabout at the junction of Keymer Road with Woodsland Road.
West Sussex County Council has received a stream of complaints about the road’s ruptured surface, which is pock- marked with ruts and pot-holes.
