'PRANG' DRIVER, 87, GIVES UP LICENCE
The elderly motorist was reported to have been driving his black Vauxhall Corsa quite fast along Sutton Park Road on Monday at about 11am.
It is believed he swung round into Broad Street, saw a parking space and bumped into a silver Toyota Yaris owned by another elderly driver.

Sgt David Kemp attended the scene. He said: 'He had the choice of surrendering his licence or being prosecuted for driving without due care and attention which would put the matter to magistrates under the terms of road safety.
'His standard of driving was so poor and well below an acceptable standard.'
The man surrendered his driving licence to the police.
