LETTER: Desperate need for cheap parking
I would like to throw another idea into the debate about possible uses for the soon-to-be-vacated Novartis site in Horsham: a car park.
The town desperately needs a cheaper alternative to the overpriced town-centre offerings, and this would seem a good option, offering easy access to the town centre, park and station.
Of course, the other proposed uses I have so far seen (affordable housing, business park and hospital) all have their merits.
But my vote would be for parking.
