Man injured after A21 crash causes car fire

A man was injured after a car caught fire following a crash on the A21 last night (Sunday, March 20).

One East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service appliance from Battle was mobilised to the fire on the A21 in Whatlington at 8.10pm.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reels to tackle the fire caused by the crash.
